    A bank auction property is a real estate asset (residential, commercial, or land) seized by a bank or financial institution due to loan default and auctioned to recover the outstanding amount. These properties are usually available below market value.

  • Can I inspect an auction property before bidding?
    Yes, banks usually allow pre-auction site visits. You should: Contact the bank to request a site visit. Check for occupancy status, structural condition, and legal clearances. Verify property tax, electricity, and water dues.
  • What is the reserve price in a bank auction?
    The reserve price is the minimum price set by the bank for the auction. Bidding starts from this price, and the highest valid bid above this price wins the auction.
